Thank you for reaching out to schedule a discovery call and see if we are a good fit for 3 months of coaching. This is serious stuff! I commend you for taking this first step.
I want to offer you the breakdown of my coaching container and pricing before we set up our call so that you have all the info up front. The details of coaching are very specific per the individual and are custom tailored. However, the minimum time commitment per container is 3 months. Through experience, I believe this is the amount of time one needs to make sustainable change.
Pricing for 3 months can be anywhere from $1500 - $5600 based on the container design. In general, these containers consist of:
- Zoom sessions
- In depth written follow-ups
- Exercises, prompts and external resources
- 24/7 unlimited support via voice and text messaging
- Expertise tailored to your needs
